The Inner Source

In this sonnet, I explore the essence of happiness that is not tied to the whims of fate or external circumstances. True joy comes from within, a gift that each one can cultivate and share, radiating simplicity and light to the world around them. Happiness, therefore, is a path that is built from the inside out, without depending on time, place, or material goods.

Sonnet: The Inner Source

May happiness not depend on the moment,

Nor on the place where one fixes one's gaze,

May it not be bought, nor can it be given,

But may it spring forth like water in sweet breath.

May time not condition one's intent,

Nor may luck mold the heart,

For happiness is a gift that must spring forth

From the deep being in simple foundation.

Happiness is the sun that radiates

From within in light, serene and infinite,

And with each step, it infects everyone.

May she be our guide so blessed,

That by sharing her harmony,

She gives us a life of peace.
